About the Role
The Site Foreman is a critical position in our construction team, responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of HSE measures on site. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be accountable for ensuring overall quality compliance of all areas under your control and driving the construction process on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring overall implementation and maintenance of HSE measures in the work area
- Taking complete Responsibility & Accountability for the overall quality compliance of all areas under his/her control
- Drives the construction process on site
- Executes the project plan and program
- Collaborates with stakeholders and ensures good relations
- Supervisors workforce, people development and healthy industrial relations
Requirements
- 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role
- Proven ability to drive construction processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
