SPA HOST & GUESTS LIAISON ADMINISTRATOR

PRIVATE RESORT & WELLNESS SPA | South Africa – (ZA)

START: March 2026

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

  • Monday – Sunday
  • 08:00 – 20:00 (shifts apply)
  • 3 Weeks ON / 1 Week OFF

REPORTS TO: SPA Manager / Assistant SPA Manager / GM / CEO

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

  • R15,000 – R20,000 per month / NEG (Based on desired experience)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate
  2. Preferred – Internationally accredited certification in SPA / Beauty / Skin Care / Wellness / Holistic Body Therapies / Hospitality
  3. At least 2 full years in a front of house role (reception / guest liaison)
  4. SPA Reception experience of a luxury Hotel or Day Spa property – essential (Day Spa, Hotel Spa, Cruise Ship Spa or Lodge)
  5. Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write) – we deal with international, UHNW, clients
  6. SPA Bookings system confident – you must be computer literate and able to navigate booking systems
  7. Confident using MS Outlook, WhatsApp, Social Media correspondence
  8. Highly presentable and beautifully groomed – your presence must exude Premium Spa, Luxury & Exclusivity

EXPERIENCE:

  1. Guest Relations / Spa Administration / Receptionist employment experience in a 5-star SPA environment (Hotel, Resort or Cruise Ship)
  2. High-end, luxury hospitality experience (front-facing department)
  3. Knowledge & understanding of Spa industry & the lingo (describe treatments accordingly)
  4. Exceptional guest/patient relations
  5. Prior experience as a spa therapist is advantageous
  6. Prior experience working with UHNW clients
