This role is centered around account management, upselling, cross-selling, and client retention , ensuring long-term loyalty, renewals, and sustainable revenue growth. Location: Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal Salary: R20,000 R25,000 Commission Structure on Revenue Sold Positions Available: 2 Working Hours: Monday Thursday: 07:45 17:00 | Friday: 07:45 16:00 Start Date: As soon as possible Benefits: Company phone and computer Car allowance Weekly fuel reimbursement Funeral plan Provident fund Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the current client base. Develop and implement strategic account plans in collaboration with clients. Continuously educate clients on products and services. Oversee contract renewals and ensure ongoing client retention. Track and monitor client performance metrics on a daily basis. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing and product development to enhance client offerings. Manage customer expectations regarding products, services, and implementation. Ensure strict adherence to rollout plans and deadlines. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (strong advantage). Proven sales track record of 510 years in a similar role. Experience in both new business acquisition and servicing existing clients. Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience: 510 years experience in fast-paced environments within industries such as: Mining, construction, logistics, facilities, hospitality, security, or agriculture. Strong knowledge of security products and services will be highly beneficial. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint. Verseker dat uitrolplanne streng nagekom word en spertye bereik word. Pos Vereistes: Baccalaureusgraad in Besigheid, Verkope & Bemarking of n verwante veld (n definitiewe voordeel). Bewese verkoopsrekord van 510 jaar in n soortgelyke rol. Ervaring in beide nuwe kliënte-verkryging en dienslewering aan bestaande kliënte. Sterk kliëntgesentreerde benadering met fokus op tevredenheid en behoud. Uitstekende kommunikasie-, aanbiedings- en onderhandelingsvaardighede. Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en te floreer in n vinnige, hoëdruk-omgewing. Ervaring: 510 jaar se ervaring in n vinnige omgewing binne een of meer van die volgende bedrywe: Mynbou, konstruksie, logistiek, fasiliteite, gasvryheid, sekuriteit of landbou. Sterk kennis van sekuriteitsprodukte en -dienste sal n groot voordeel wees. Tegniese Vaardighede: Gevorderde vaardighede in Excel, Microsoft Office en PowerPoint.
