Job Description

Requirements: Matric certificate 3–4 years’ experience in a similar finance / accounts administration role Sage accounting experience (essential) Strong Excel skills and overall computer literacy Bilingual in Afrikaans & English Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail Willingness to work overtime when required Responsibilities: Process customer statements accurately and on time Prepare and issue customer invoices Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Maintain and update customer financial files and documentation Assist with general administrative and finance-related tasks as needed Support the finance team with ad hoc duties during peak export periods
