About the Role
We are seeking a driven B2B sales professional to join our team as a Branch Manager in Durban. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing existing client accounts within the region. With a stable platform, established service offering, and market demand for hygiene and contract services, this is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking for ownership, visibility, and income growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new B2B sales and secure contract-based business in the Durban region
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, including renewals and upselling
- Oversee branch performance, supporting service delivery and client satisfaction
- Present and sell bundled hygiene and contract service solutions
- Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within a services-based environment
- Background in contract cleaning, hygiene services, facilities services, or industrial sales
- Experience managing service contracts, SLAs, and key client relationships
- Ability to support or manage branch-level operations
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Matric required; a qualification in Sales, Business Management, or Operations is advantageous
