About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dealer Principal who is looking for a new challenge in Rustenburg. Our client, First Degree Recruitment, is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage all aspects of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff.
- Monitor sales and other areas of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments.
- Maintain and increase market penetration.
- Improve stock turnover.
- Increase sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal or General Manager
- Experience with a corporate dealership and brands like Ford, Kia, Hyundai, Haval, Renault etc.
- Solid track record and excellent management skills.
- Ability to ensure profitable business.
- Clear criminal record.
- Tertiary education and management training beneficial.
