About the Role
Join an established logistics team in the Northern Suburbs of the Western Cape as a Dispatch Coordinator! You will be instrumental in coordinating bulk and local deliveries, ensuring accurate transport documentation, and maintaining timely communication with customers. You will be responsible for preparing vehicle routes and waybills, managing customer queries, supporting warehouse activities including stock counts, picking, and packing, and assisting with collections, returns, and credits.

Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- At least three years of experience in dispatch or logistics
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift license advantageous
- Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous)
