Hospitality and Outdoor New Vacancy Receptionist/Guest Relations Consultant Luxury Safari Lodge Nambiti Game Reserve, KwaZulu-Natal Requirements Matric 2 3 years experience in a luxury lodge or high end 4/5-star environment Strong Computer skills (MS Office & Outlook) Confident, guest-facing personality with excellent people skills Must be hands-on Experience with hospitality or reservations software essential Opera or Semper experience advantageous Proficient in the English language both written and verbal Professional and well-groomed Must have valid drivers license and own transport Responsibilities Guest check-ins, check-outs and front office coordination Deliver warm, professional guest service at all times Assist with hosting guest meals, activities and events when required Manage guest communication, schedules and daily lodge flow Handle guest records, billing support and admin tasks Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen and guiding teams Uphold luxury lodge service standards Package on offer Salary: R 8 000 R 10 000 pm DOE Live in 3 weeks on/1 week off Opportunity for growth within the luxury lodge Starting date: ASAP
