About the Role

Blum and Hofmeyr, a well-established Property Management company in Johannesburg, is seeking a Credit Vetting Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting residential credit vetting by assessing lease applications, verifying documents, and making credit decisions in line with company policies. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team, resolving credit-related queries, and ensuring accurate administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential credit vetting by assessing lease applications and verifying documents
  • Verify required tenant documentation and identify and manage risks during the vetting process
  • Resolve credit vetting queries and provide feedback to clients
  • Compile and submit credit vetting reports

Requirements
