About the Role
HotelJobs, a 4-star hotel in Cape Town, is seeking an experienced and skilled Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a 4-star hotel with over 150 bedrooms, and be fluent in English. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of efficiency and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception desk duties
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and logs
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Perform other reception-related tasks as required
Requirements
- Hospitality qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a 4-star hotel as Receptionist
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Drivers licence and own vehicle preferred
Qualifications
- Completed hospitality qualification (if applicable)
