About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Pietermaritzburg, responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of new business development and excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and secure new business within the Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Conduct client needs analysis and present tailored office automation and IT solutions
- Cross-sell and upsell products and services to new and existing clients
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention
Requirements
- 35 years of sales experience in Office Automation, Managed Print, IT or related B2B solutions
- Proven track record of new business development
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems)
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
