Minimum requirements: Must be fully bilingual A growing company specialising in aloe-based skincare products, are looking for a creative, organised, and brand-focused individual to join the team. Key Responsibilities – Manage and grow company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) – Create, film, and edit engaging digital content, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos – Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches – Engage with the online community by responding to messages and comments – Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements – Provide administrative support related to marketing activities Requirements – Relevant qualification or certification in Digital Marketing, social media, Content Creation, or a related field – Proven experience creating and managing social media content for a brand – Strong content creation and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar tools) – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Professional, presentable, and brand-conscious – Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Advantageous – Experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry – Knowledge of paid social media advertising – Influencer or campaign coordination experience Consultant: Angie Botes – Dante Personnel Greenstone
