Job Description
As the Revenue Finance Manager, your duties include the following:
Prepare annual budget, forecasts, and cashflows for smaller group companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
Oversee accounting and financial reporting for smaller group companies in line with IFRS and company policy
Manage inventory accounting, including reconciliations between stock and finance systems, and drive automation and process integration
Produce accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis on inventory movements and operating costs
Maintain a strong cost control environment, working capital discipline, and accurate accruals
Ensure audit readiness by preparing and reviewing audit schedules, resolving queries, and coordinating internal and external audits
Support the annual audit process in collaboration with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams
Lead and manage accountants responsible for inventory reconciliations and subsidiary accounting
Drive team performance through clear goal-setting, accountability, coaching, and adherence to finance policies
Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure accurate reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
Support commercial and regulatory engagements by providing financial analysis, reconciliations, and scenario modelling
Ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements, contractual agreements, and all relevant legislation
Skills & Experience:
5 years of post-article experience in a revenue management position
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
SAGE X3 experience
Qualification:
Qualified CA(SA)
