About the Role
Olyvenbosch Olive Farm is seeking an experienced Admin and Bookkeeping professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, attending to online and farm shop sales, and performing general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Attending to online sales and farm shop sales
- General administrative duties
- Bank reconciliations
- SARS Vat Returns and UIF submissions
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in bookkeeping and administrative duties
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience in Pastel (Sage)
- Experience in Payroll (Donkerhoek Data)
- General Bookkeeping experience
