Key Responsibilities • Engage with prospective clients by preparing tailored quotes, conducting follow-up calls, and hosting in-person meetings. • Manage all incoming business across multiple booking channels, ensuring accurate quoting and contracting. • Coordinate and host site inspections in partnership with the Sales team. • Prepare and distribute the daily change sheet to ensure seamless communication across departments. • Handle daily banking and administrative duties with precision. • Liaise with external suppliers when required to support event delivery. • Compile and share the weekly function run pack to keep all teams aligned and informed. What You Bring • Experience in Groups & Events within a luxury or boutique hospitality setting (preferred). • Exposure to reservations or junior sales roles (beneficial). • Confident verbal and written communication skills. • High levels of computer literacy and organisational accuracy. • A proactive, polished and service-driven approach. • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
