The main purpose of the role: To recruit, lead, grow and develop a high-performance staff for both the new business and retention teams. The priority objective is to grow the Gauteng Branch by achieving new business and retention growth targets. Requirements : Matric Sales / Marketing / Supply Chain or Logistics Management Qualification (Advantageous) or years of work experience equivalent 10 years experience in Freight Forwarding 7 years of Client Facing Experience in either new business, trade lane or client retention. Must have reliable transport to and from work Must have a valid, unendorsed Code 08 drivers license Ability to travel nationally and internationally when required CargoWise One Office 365 (Teams, OneNote, Forms), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
