Groups and Conferencing Reservations Agent- 4* Hotel, Cape Town Key Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience within a 4/5-star hotel environment Experience in hotel reservations, front office, event coordination essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Friendly, approachable, and professional with a positive, friendly attitude and strong desire to provide excellent service.
