- Matric
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage routine administrative tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a professional work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently when required, and support a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within a technical or operations-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
- Clear criminal record
DUTIES
- Assist the Senior Administrator with day-to-day office administration and general office support
- Support general office operations, including basic filing, document organisation, and office supplies under guidance
- Help prepare, format, print, scan, and file documents as required
- Capture, update, and maintain records, spreadsheets, and shared folders accurately
- Assist with logging and tracking incoming and outgoing deliveries, packages, and documents
- Provide support with meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing meeting rooms, and taking basic notes when required
- Assist with basic travel arrangements and logistics under supervision
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with company policies and procedures
- Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties to support the Senior Administrator and wider team
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
