About the Role

Telebest is seeking a motivated and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Sandton. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee development programmes in a fast-paced Contact Centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and facilitate training programmes
  • Update and prepare training material
  • Facilitate training sessions
  • Assist employees to enhance their skills
  • Design and implement employee development programmes

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Qualification in training or education
  • HR ND advantage
  • 3 years’ experience designing and implementing employee development programmes in a Contact Centre / Call Centre environment

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, relevant experience and skills are essential.
