Job Description

A well established organisation in Centurion has a vacancy for an IT Technical Agent/Consultant who has been responsible for providing Clients with Level / Tier 2 Support. Responsible for calling on Clients in the Gauteng area providing on site support. Adhere to Service Level Agreements. Faultfinding. Troubleshooting. Upgrades. Desktop support. Technical support. Strong Microsoft experience. Must be in possession of a Matric. Must have completed a MCSE / MCSA or MCITP International qualification. Previous experience as an IT Consutlant, Field Technician calling on Clients. Valid drivers licence is essential. Drive customer service excellence. Strong command of the English language.
