About the Role

OZMIK PROPERTIES is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance for our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and contractors, ensuring upkeep of safety and functionality, performing day-to-day repairs, attending to tenants’ needs, and more.
