Compile documents for the action of the Clearing Agent Monitor progress of the order until goods are received on site. Receive GRN from Store and generate the system GRV in Magic Ensure that the invoice displays all information correctly, i.e. price, quantity, and description. Check invoice against original order. Ensure the clearing Agent’s rates, vat and all other expenses are correct on Clearing order Invoice. Liaise with Clearing Agents Update cashflow forecast with import orders
