About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Reservations Manager with a proven track record in revenue optimisation and yield management to join our dynamic team at one of Africa’s most iconic conservation camps. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth while maintaining exclusivity and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue optimisation and yield management strategies
• Rate integrity and channel performance analysis
• Forecasting, budgeting, and occupancy planning
• OTA and direct booking performance analysis
• Pre-arrival guest communication excellence
• CRM and database optimisation
• Maximise revenue without compromising exclusivity
• Enhance the digital guest journey from enquiry to arrival
• Drive direct bookings and strategic upselling
• Align reservations strategy with marketing and operations

Requirements

• Grade 12
• A formal hospitality qualification
• At least 5 years proven luxury hospitality reservations experience
• Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy drivers
• Analytical thinker with commercial acumen
• Systems proficiency (PMS & channel managers)
• Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
• A proactive mindset focused on profitability growth
