About the Role
Join an expanding international e-commerce team as an early-career professional focused on data analytics and catalogue management. As a Data E-commerce Catalogue & Marketplace Executive, you will take ownership of product data accuracy and catalogue management across multiple international platforms. This foundational operational role contributes to commercial success by ensuring technology products are perfectly represented through meticulous listing administration and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and maintain high-quality product listings across international platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
- Ensure alignment of product titles, technical specifications, and grading descriptions to maintain data integrity.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock synchronization across all sales channels.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, data gaps, or inconsistencies through proactive audits.
- Maintain and improve structured product data templates to streamline operations.
- Track product performance data and assist with data-driven pricing updates and promotional adjustments.
- Support listing visibility through basic SEO best practices and contribute to internal reporting.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a data-heavy or tech environment, or apply as a tech graduate.
- University degree (Graduates encouraged).
- Advanced Excel proficiency for managing large datasets and using formulas.
- High level of general digital proficiency and ability to learn e-commerce software.
- Exceptional fine attention to detail for managing repetitive data tasks.
- Process-driven approach with the ability to follow structured operational workflows.
