About the Role

We are seeking skilled and energetic Baristas to join the vibrant team at a bustling café in the heart of Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee drinks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks.
  • Create an inviting, positive atmosphere for customers with friendly and efficient service.
  • Use your creativity to suggest and craft personalized beverages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar.
  • Operate coffee equipment and ensure it is properly maintained.
  • Assist in ensuring the café runs smoothly during peak hours.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and methods, always striving for excellence.
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain our café’s high standards of service and product quality.

Requirements

  • Prior barista experience in a fast-paced café or similar environment.
  • A genuine passion for coffee, with knowledge of various brewing methods and drink preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle busy shifts with ease.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
