About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Refunds Specialist to manage and process travel refunds efficiently and accurately for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process travel refunds for corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle complex refund cases, liaising with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain detailed records of refunds and report on trends or issues
