About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Refunds Specialist to manage and process travel refunds efficiently and accurately for our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process travel refunds for corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle complex refund cases, liaising with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain detailed records of refunds and report on trends or issues
Requirements
- Proven experience handling travel refunds or related financial processes
- Strong understanding of corporate travel operations
