About the Role

Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced National Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with national and regional buyers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Interfacing with regional teams and sales & sales agents to ensure effective distribution and merchandising of products.
Providing input and support to sales forecasting, waste management, and logistical supply chain processes to achieve on-time delivery requirements.
Compiling weekly and monthly feedback reports to business with supporting analysis and interpretation.
Driving sales growth and achieving company objectives through the management and key account role for the retail channel group.
Maintaining and growing relationships with national and regional buyers, DC role players, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification
A minimum of 5 years retail FMCG sales experience dealing with National & Regional Buyers at a senior level
Key accounting experience with exposure to the retail channel group and a working knowledge of its operations and fundamental business principles (advantageous)
Ability to travel
Highly skilled communicator and negotiator with a proactive approach to service excellence
Ability to work independently in a self-discipline manner to deliver operational and administrative sales objectives
