About the Role
We are seeking a committed couple to join our luxury game lodge in Madikwe as Lodge Manager and Lodge Anchor / Guest Liaison Couple. This live-in opportunity combines operational leadership with guest liaison responsibilities, ideal for couples with hospitality or lodge experience who work well as a team in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for lodge operations
- Demonstrate strong leadership and people-management skills
- Be hands-on and highly capable in maintenance tasks
- Have working knowledge of HR processes (advantageous)
- Lead by example and maintain high operational standards
- Report to Operations Directors based in George & Johannesburg
Requirements
- Previous lodge or hospitality experience
- Comfortable in a remote, live-in environment
- Ability to work together effectively as a team
- Strong leadership and people-management skills

Salary & Benefits
- Lodge Manager: R25,000 – R30,000 (depending on experience)
- Lodge Anchor / Guest Liaison: R13,000 – R15,000
