Job Summary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 Good attendance and reliability BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of 1-year related experience KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : Basic knowledge of Applinx (Session) System. N.B!! Good PC skills. Customer service oriented. Attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies. CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES : Perform trace searches and Home Affairs ID verifications. Perform on-line bank confirmations. Verify member details/ information against Applinx (Session) system. Liaise with companies and conduct verification check. Perform bank verifications. Assist with any ADHOC duties or projects assigned by management. Compiling statistics.
