Knowledge of network technologies, systems administration including various operating systems, virtualisation technologies, cloud platforms and security, Must have trouble shooting skills to support users, experience with Microsoft Office 365, undertnding of server hardware and software, experience with SQL Server 2022 or similar as well as support of enterprise systems such as active directory.
