Junior Company Secretarial Assistant AlbertonSalary: NegotiableA well-established firm based in Alberton is seeking a Junior Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist with company compliance, statutory administration, and governance support.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit statutory documents (e.g., CK2 forms) to the CIPC and other regulatory bodies.Maintain and update statutory registers, minute books, and official company records.Assist with board and committee meetings preparing agendas, board packs, and minutes.Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, governance standards, and statutory requirements.Liaise with directors, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, or related field.Experience in a corporate secretarial or governance environment.Sound knowledge of the Companies Act and corporate governance practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.If you meet the above requirements, please send your detailed CV Ref: JnrCSA/JM
