Key Responsibilities:Administering Learnership recruitment and SETA processesTracking Learnership and Skills Programme progressHandling Internship administration and monitoringCoordinating learnership administration and material distributionCommunicating with divisions and field supportGenerating reports as required by the business or WRSETASupporting BBBEE, mandatory grant, and accreditation processesAssisting the HRD AdministratorParticipating in special projectsQualifications and Experience:A tertiary qualification would be beneficialPrevious administration experience in client operations is preferredMinimum of 2 to 3 years of Skills Development/SETA experience requiredCompetencies:Strong communication skillsOpen to feedbackResilientTeam player with a positive attitudeDetail-orientedExcellent planning and organizational abilitiesAbility to work under deadlines
