Job Summary
Duties: Oversee the bar’s day-to-day operations Ensure the smooth running of the bar Ensure other bartenders are providing a positive customer experience Create and develop new cocktail recipes Invent new recipes and perfect existing ones Ensure the bar has a unique and desirable menu Customer service, solve customer problems, and maintain a positive atmosphere for customers. Training and mentoring other bartenders Cash ups Ensuring Excellent Guest Service Communication and Professional Conduct Health and Safety Stock Management Requirements: Grade 12 Mixologist and WSET / CWA certification advantageous. At least 4 years experience in a 5 property as a Senior / Head Barman. Fluent in English Computer literate and analytically skilled. Flexible with working hours and physically fit. Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solving in a high-pressure environment.
