The incumbent will have high attention to detail and the capability to manage confidential information. Responsibilities also include (but are not limited to): *Management of daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, filing, and supporting executive staff *Managing correspondence *Improving clerical workflows *Esuring smooth office operations through effective communication and organizational support *All other admin tasks associated with the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: Matric required; Prior administrative experience in wealth management / asset management preferred; Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance; Good computer literacy (MS Office); Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English).
