Qualifications & Experience BSc / BEng in Chemical Engineering. Minimum 3 years experience operating and managing advanced water treatment plants. Strong technical background in softening, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis. Experience in managing plant assets and understanding plant health. Proven leadership and operational management experience. Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications.
