- BSc / BEng in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating and managing advanced water treatment plants.
- Strong technical background in softening, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis.
- Experience in managing plant assets and understanding plant health.
- Proven leadership and operational management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications.
