About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker/Factory Maintenance Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein. With a minimum of 8 years experience in milling/factory maintenance, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance department to ensure optimal factory performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance planning
  • Oversee maintenance of boilers and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with OHS/ISO22000 standards

Requirements

  • 5 years supervisory experience
  • 8 years experience in milling/factory maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of boiler operation and maintenance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • OHS/ISO22000 certification
