About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker/Factory Maintenance Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein. With a minimum of 8 years experience in milling/factory maintenance, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance department to ensure optimal factory performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance planning
- Oversee maintenance of boilers and equipment
- Ensure compliance with OHS/ISO22000 standards
Requirements
- 5 years supervisory experience
- 8 years experience in milling/factory maintenance
- Strong knowledge of boiler operation and maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- OHS/ISO22000 certification
