About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker/Factory Maintenance Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein. With 5 years of supervisory experience and 8 years of experience in milling/factory maintenance, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our factory’s maintenance department. You will also oversee maintenance planning and ensure compliance with OHS and ISO22000 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and lead a team of maintenance personnel
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize factory operations
