About the Role
Motus Corporation is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for attracting clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth through effective communication and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration to ensure all paperwork, documentation, requisitions are properly recorded within sock control system.
- To ensure that all credit sales are made to an authorised signatory of approved account.
- Communication to ensure warehouse manager/ parts manager is kept aware of stock movement.
- Notification to warehouse manager/ parts manager of any difference noted when inspecting incoming goods.
- Maintaining good helpful relationships with all customers and their representatives.
- Marketing to assist if required in any marketing activity as required.
- Finance to ensure all transactions take place according to company policy.
- Ensuring security of all cash and cheques received.
- Ensuring the highest level of CSI is achieved.
- Conducting all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy.
- Accurately identifying customer needs.
- Receiving & identifying stock when delivered from the supplier.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Matric
- 3 Years Experience as a Parts Sales Executive Premium brand (Parts) experience advantageous
- Valid drivers license
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
