What You’ll Need: • National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent • SAGMA or GMF Accredited Qualification • 3 years’ experience as a Wheat Miller • Comprehensive grain experience • Valid RSA driver’s license & own transport • Willingness to work shifts • Ability to monitor & maintain milling equipment • Expertise in controlling milling processes to meet quality standards • Routine maintenance experience for machine reliability • Strong background in training, mentoring & supervising teams
