Job Summary

Job Title: HR Administrator Location: Cape Town, Airport City

Salary:

R15 000 – R18 000 (depending on qualifications and experience) Closing date: End July 2024 Duties and responsibilities – Manage and maintain physical and digital HR files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality – Process and prepare various HR documents, including contracts, letters, and reports – Assist in data entry and updating of HR systems and records – Prepare and coordinate paperwork for new hires, terminations, and employee changes – Manage and distribute HR-related correspondence and communications – Collaborate with the HR team to ensure efficient and accurate paperwork processes – Perform other administrative tasks as assigned and assist with recruitment processes. Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: – Recent HR graduate looking to gain experience – Bachelor`s Degree or Diploma In Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field – Matric certificate (Grade 12) – 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: 1.
