Job Description:
Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Admissions Manager to join their high-performing remote team. This exciting and fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys working directly with clients, and takes pride in getting things done righton time, every time. You’ll be the key liaison between prospective students and the admissions process, responsible for guiding them from onboarding through to successful university application submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Liaison & Onboarding

Serve as the first point of contact for your assigned student cohort

Manage onboarding tasks, ensuring students are fully briefed and prepared
Application Support
-
Assist students in accurately completing university applications
-
Review, verify and collect academic documents and ensure all requirements are fulfilled

Submit error-free applications to partner universities before deadlines
Process Coordination
-
Maintain ongoing communication with students via email, phone, and WhatsApp
-
Provide clear reminders and updates on deadlines, fees, interviews, and missing documentation

Handle and resolve application issues swiftly and professionally
CRM & Record Management

Keep CRM systems (e.g., Streak) fully updated with each students progress
-
Track application milestones and flag any bottlenecks or delays
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

Deliver a consistently high level of service to all students
-
Identify recurring issues and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency
Requirements
-
Prior experience in student admissions, advising, or a client-facing role
-
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Comfortable communicating professionally over phone, email, and WhatsApp
-
Confident using Google Workspace and CRM systems (training provided for Streak)
-
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with speed and accuracy

A degree holder and not currently studying
-
Quick learner who shows initiative and can work independently

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
-
High energy, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
-
Previous experience as a student advisor or recruiter is a plus
