About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Engineer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and quality across complex vehicle programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in regulatory compliance, quality, or engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regulatory monitoring and compliance analysis using AI-enabled and digital tools
- Ensure documentation accuracy and reporting efficiency across multiple vehicle programmes
- Collaborate with technical and regulatory teams to communicate effectively
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality, or engineering
- Familiarity with vehicle emissions and safety standards
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled and digital tools
- Strong documentation, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and regulatory environments
