Key Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-line technical support for Windows desktops and laptops
Manage identities and access in Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD)
Support user onboarding and offboarding processes
Troubleshoot hardware issues with PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Maintain accurate support documentation and use ticketing systems effectively
Provide user training and system guidance to non-technical users
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT service delivery

Requirements

Proven experience in an onsite IT support or service desk role (first- and second-line support)
Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops
Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint)
Experience managing identities and access in Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD)
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting)

Qualifications

Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience
