Job Description

A well-established Electrical Contractor is seeking a skilled Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value electrical projects with a dynamic and professional team. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the electrical contracting industry Strong knowledge of CCS (Construction Computer Software) essential Experience with preparing cost estimates, tender documentation, and variation orders Excellent contract management, financial reporting, and project cost control skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender submissions Monitor project budgets and manage cost control throughout project lifecycles Assess and negotiate variations and claims with clients and subcontractors Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams
