We are seeking a focused, self-motivated and project-oriented Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role acts as a critical link between Finance and Technology , helping to define requirements, optimise reporting, and ensure successful delivery of ERP and finance-related technology projects. You will play a key role in the integration and reporting of Gaming / Operational transactions as well as Technology and Development functions , supporting accurate scoping, quality assurance, and delivery throughout the full project lifecycle. Duties: ERP / Software Project Management (Finance, Gaming & Technology) Partner with Finance to define and communicate detailed project requirements to the ERP team Translate finance requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technology teams Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budget are achieved Monitor project costs, assess resource needs, and allocate resources effectively Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success Drive finance automation initiatives through software development and system improvements Provide regular progress updates and feedback to Finance and business stakeholders Advise management on project priorities, schedules, and resource allocation Ensure quality assurance and accuracy across all finance-related system developments Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology teams Work closely with Business, Tech and Finance stakeholders to understand evolving needs Gather, document and manage business requirements and project documentation Take ownership of finance software delivery and related outcomes Maintain ongoing project status reports, plans, and communication Prepare financial analyses, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports, providing insights to support operational and strategic decisions. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Bachelors Degree in Financial Accounting or similar CTA CA(SA) Project Management Certification Experience: 5 years experience in ERP Finance Project Management or similar technology environment Strong knowledge of Finance, Auditing and Accounting principles Solid technical financial knowledge including IFRS, budgeting and operational tax Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Skills & Competencies: Highly organised, structured and delivery-focused Strong leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working across Finance, Technology and Business teams Resilient, adaptable and thrives in a high-performance culture Takes ownership and accountability for outcomes Innovative mindset with a passion for process improvement and automation If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
