Job Description: The successful candidate will assist a commercial broker with the letting of retail and factory spaces , client liaison, viewings, and administrative support. This role offers commission opportunities in addition to a basic allowance. Location: Tyger Valley, Cape Town Remuneration: R6,000 basic Fuel and phone allowance Commission on successful deals Key Responsibilities: Assist with leasing of retail and industrial properties Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and brokers Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and basic administration Support the broker with day-to-day operational tasks Minimum Requirements: Own reliable transport (essential) Fluent in English and Afrikaans Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to liaise confidently at all levels Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Interest in commercial property and sales Application Process:
