Cape Town City Centre: Technical Support Role

12 years of experience in technical support or IT background 1-2 years experience within a BPO contact centre Provide excellent customer experience through technical support Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware (e.g., receipt printers, tablets, scanners) and software . Experience with POS systems (e.g. Square, Toast, etc.). will be a PLUS Proficiency with CRM Comfortable working in a shift-based environment , including weekends. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Follow escalation procedures as required. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
