About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele-Sales professional to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As an Automotive Parts sales expert, you will be responsible for selling parts to customers over the phone, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to sell automotive parts
- Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular updates to management
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product range and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in parts sales or tele-sales
- Strong selling and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly
- Computer literate, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- Grade 12 qualification (not necessarily required but a plus)
