Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set, and operate Siemens 3-Axis CNC Milling Machines using Mastercam software
• Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, job cards, and technical specifications
• Create and optimize CNC programs to achieve precision and efficiency
• Conduct first-off inspections and verify component dimensions using measuring instruments
• Maintain tooling, fixtures, and machine setup to ensure consistent production quality
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the workshop
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machining processes
