One of the leaders in offering retail tailored solutions to clients, is on the lookout for an experience IT Data Manager to join their team. Hybrid model. Report to CEO.
Working Mondays to Saturdays.
Qualifications:
Matric
Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
Certification in data management, business intelligence, or similar fields (e.g., CDMP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
Strong proficiency in SQL and other data management tools
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
Familiarity with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
3+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in the retail, sales, or merchandising industry
Expertise in data governance, reporting, and analytics, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and support business objectives
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront
